How much practice have you had interviewing people from markedly different backgrounds?
How much have you been conditioned by “Traditional selection techniques?”
What do you do about measurement and record keeping?
What techniques for putting “Unusual” applicants at ease?
Are you practiced at interviewing as a member of panel etc?.
